1. WHAT INFORMATION IS PROCESSED?

In Short: I do not collect *personally identifiable* information like your name or email. I process the text you provide, and the site uses third-party services for analytics and ads.

Personal Information I Do NOT Collect

To be perfectly clear, this Service **does not** require user accounts. I do not collect, store, or process personal information like:

  • Your name, email address, or contact information (unless you contact me directly).
  • Usernames, passwords, or payment information.

There are no user accounts, no databases of user data, and no marketing lists.

Text You Provide for Processing

The only data that is handled is the text you type or paste into the input fields of the writing tools (e.g., the Paraphraser, Summarizer). This text is necessary to operate the service and provide you with the AI-generated output.

Information Collected Automatically

This site uses third-party analytics and advertising services that automatically collect non-personal technical information via cookies. 2. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS HANDLED AND RETAINED

In Short: Your text is sent to an AI model to generate a response and is immediately discarded. It is never saved.

When you use a tool like the Paraphraser or Summarizer, the following happens:

  1. Your input text is sent securely to a third-party AI service provider.
  2. The AI model processes the text and generates the output (e.g., the paraphrased version).
  3. This output is sent back to you and displayed on the website.

After this process is complete, your input text and the generated output are **not stored, saved, or logged** on my servers or by the third-party AI provider. My data retention period is zero.

3. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES

In Short: I use a fine-tuned third party AI to power the writing tools.

These advanced writing tools are powered by a custom AI model, which I have personally fine-tuned using technology from a leading third-party AI provider.

When you use the service, your text is securely processed on this provider's infrastructure to generate the output. Per our contractual agreement, the provider does not save your text or use it for any other purpose.

4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

In Short: I use cookies for essential site functions, analytics (Google Analytics 4), and to show ads.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them for:

  • Analytics: To understand how users interact with the site.
  • Advertising: To show you relevant ads.

Google Analytics 4

In Short: I take reasonable measures to protect the service, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

All communication between your browser and the server, and between the server and the AI service provider, is encrypted using HTTPS. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

In Short: This service is not intended for children under 18.

I do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If you become aware of any user who does not meet this requirement, please contact me at privacy@verbedit.com.
